Trip to Kumbo
The local children LOVED having their pictures taken.
Passengers
Two of our passengers were a Cameroonian doctor going to see a patient and a missionary needing a quick trip to the capital city.
The Runway
Does it look like there's a drop-off at the end of the runway? There is!
From the end of the runway the view is magnificent - lush green rolling hills that fade into the distance. The runway is at an altitude of 6,500 ft.
Shopping in Kumbo
Buying firewood
The local supermarket was small but had an amazing selection of French wines!
At the market I was surprised to run into several people who didn't know any English or French. I had to barter in sign language.
